Kefal has long been a standard for us for breakfast while in Dalyan. It has been extremely consistant over the years and is often the place we have breakfast when we first arrive, and before we leave. You get a basket full of bread, a full tea pot, tomato, cucumber, capsicum, 3 kinds of cheese, 2 plates of olives, butter, cheese rolls, honey, cherry jam, strawberry jam, marmalade, chocolate/hazelnut spread, fried eggs, and of course chips! This is all enjoyed on a glorious deck perched over the Dalyan straight where you can spend hours watching the fish nibble at bread thrown over by patrons, turtles, boats putting past, the spectacular mountain scape opposite the river, or just locals and holiday makers wandering past. It is such an engrained experience for us, and quintessential for our escapes to Dalyan.
